This Sunday, March 27th, Janey Curry, a member of our church and a political science professor at Santa Clara University, will lead a forum on the current crisis in Ukraine. She will address not only the war, but also the refugee crisis, and how the war could trigger a response from NATO. Janey specializes in comparative politics with an emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe, and has lived in both Poland and Ukraine. In fact, she teaches students every summer at the University of Warsaw, Poland, where she has a permanent position. Should be a good one! Hope to see you there (or online).
