Hello Church Family!
Because of COVID-19, Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence will not be able to hold their annual holiday party. For many years you’ve donated books for the kids in their program with great generosity. I’m sad we won’t be able to hold our book drive this year but there is still a way you can help, should you wish to.
Though they can’t gather together and give gifts to the women and their children, they are asking for donations to provide gift cards to their clients so they can still get what they need for their families. They currently serve over 600 clients, women and children who have fled violent situations and are working to create safe and healthy homes. They also have 5 shelters and safe houses where over 140 women and children are living. As you can see, there is a great need for our help.
If you’d like to help, there are two options:
ONLINE: You can donate online here. You can choose to make a monetary donation to their Adopt-a-Family program or go to their Target gift registry and purchase a gift card, which they’ll give to the family.
MAIL A CHECK: If you’d rather send a check, just write “Adopt-a-Family” in the memo section and mail to:
Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence

THE DEADLINE FOR DONATIONS IS DECEMBER 11, 2020.
While COVID-19 is dictating so many changes in our usual holiday traditions, one thing it can’t change is our open, generous hearts. Thank you for yours!
